Nat Was Here ON the DAY COORDINATION

Some of the services available:

  1. Pre-event Consultation: We'll have a detailed discussion with you to understand your vision, preferences, and all the arrangements you've made so far. (Approx 8 - 10 weeks out)

  2. Event Plan Audit: Our team will thoroughly review your event plans, ensuring nothing is overlooked or missed.

  3. Vendor Coordination: We'll liaise with all your vendors, confirming their arrival times and setup requirements

  4. Setup and Decor Oversight: Our team will be on-site on the day to oversee the setup of hire items, decorations, lighting, and any additional elements you've planned.

  5. Vendor Communication: We'll act as the main point of contact for vendors on the day, coordinating their activities and ensuring everything runs smoothly.

  6. Guest Assistance: Our team will be available to answer guest inquiries, guide them to the appropriate areas, and assist with any special needs.

  7. Timeline Management: We'll keep a close eye on the schedule, making sure that all events and activities happen as planned, so you can relax and enjoy your day.

  8. Reception Coordination: From cueing speeches to coordinating the first dance and cake cutting, we'll ensure that all the reception events flow seamlessly.

  9. Event Clean-Up: After the festivities, we'll oversee the breakdown and clean-up process, ensuring that everything is tidied up efficiently.

We can tailor our comprehensive on-the-day coordination services based on your requirements.

 

On the Day coordination is only available to Bryan Was Here clients who have booked our furniture for your event. We do not offer full event planning. If this is something you require, please let us know and we will happily point you in the direction of a supplier that can assist you with that.
